I’m new to Yoga Garden – how should I start?

Get an INTROCARD for 750 CZK and enjoy 7 days of unlimited yoga in our both rooms. This is a great way to quickly discover which classes are the perfect fit for you.

Can I cancel my reservation?

If you can’t attend a class, please cancel at least 1 hour before the class starts. If you miss this window, please call our reception at +420 730 867 867. We appreciate the notice, and it allows us to offer the spot to other students.

Do you rent yoga mats and towels?

Yes, you can rent them at our studio:

- Main Room yoga mat: free of charge

- Hot Room yoga mat + towel: 30 CZK

- Shower towel: 25 CZK

Do you offer student passes?

Yes. We offer discounted passes for students for 5 or 10 entries to the Main Room or Hot Room. The price is calculated based on the discounted student rate × the number of entries chosen.

Do you accept the Multisport card?

Yes, we accept Multisport cards (Silver, Child, and FKSP) . They can be used for all 60-minute classes. Unfortunately, they cannot be used for longer or special classes, even with a top-up.

Are there classes in English?

Yes. Every month we host a special English Vinyasa Class taught entirely in English. You can also join other classes, just let the teacher know before class that you speak English. The class will then be conducted in both Czech and English so it’s understandable for everyone.

Which class is suitable if I’m not flexible?

We recommend starting with YG or Hatha classes (for begginers). If you feel stiff, Yin or Restorative classes are also ideal.

Which classes are suitable for beginners?

Beginners are recommended to try Hatha (Beginner) classes, YG classes (not YG Flow), Community classes, and Restorative classes. These are slower-paced, focus on basics, and help you gradually get familiar with yoga practice without needing any prior knowledge.

Can I pay by card?

Yes.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, dogs are welcome, provided they are calm, well-behaved, do not shed excessively, are not in the heat and don’t disturb the class. Maximum of 3 dogs in the studio.

Can I practice during menstruation?

Yes. We recommend skipping poses that are uncomfortable and listening to your body.

Is it okay to practice on an empty stomach?

Exercising on an empty stomach is not ideal. We recommend a light snack before class to have enough energy and avoid dizziness.

Is yoga suitable during pregnancy?

If you are already practicing and feel well, you may continue. Avoid hot room classes.

Can I purchase a pass?

Yes, we offer discounted passes, you can find them in our pricing list.

Can I keep my own mat at the studio?

Yes, if you practcie at our studio often, you can store your clean, dry mat it in the lockers at reception after class.

Where is the studio located?

You can find Yoga Garden at Veveří 8, inside the passage – just continue straight ahead and you’ll reach our studio.

Which tram should I take to get to you?

We are just a 4-minute walk from the Česká stop, where most trams stop.

Can I park my bike at the studio?

Yes, bike racks are available in front of the studio.

Can I park a car near the studio?

Yes. The nearest option is the Kounicova–Rozmarýn parking house (5 minutes on foot).

Do I need to reserve a class in advance?

Yes. Capacity is limited, so we recommend reserving a spot to ensure we have a place for you in class.

What if I arrive late?

We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes before class (a bit earlier if it’s your first time).
To keep the space calm and focused, late entry is allowed only within the first 5 minutes of class.

Do I need to bring my own mat?

If you have your own mat, you can bring it. If not, we are happy to provide one for you: in the Hot Room for a small fee, and in the Main Room for free.

What should I wear for class?

You only need comfortable clothing. For the Hot Room, please bring a towel and clothes that you don’t mind getting sweaty.
