Yoga has been an integral part of my life for many years. Over time, I’ve discovered not only its physical benefits but also a deeper level—the art of being present, finding calm, getting to know myself, and feeling the connection between body and mind. Yoga Garden is a safe space for me, where I’ve spent countless hours practicing on the mat. I’m therefore happy to be able to share here what yoga brings me: calm, strength, and the space to be myself.
