Program
You’ll be guided through a flowing Vinyasa class with Andrea, inviting mindful movement and a deeper connection with yourself. After the practice, we’ll gather for kirtan — the traditional chanting of mantras. No previous experience or singing ability is needed. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to be carried by the simple melodies, rhythm, and the atmosphere of singing together.
Andrea creates a kind and welcoming space in her classes, making it easy to slow down, take a deep breath, and feel part of something bigger. Join us for an evening filled with movement, music, connection, and joy.

Andrea
I started practicing yoga six years ago. At first, it was just a physical exercise for me, but over time I realized that it holds much more. Yoga doesn’t only happen on the mat—it’s a part of our life. It teaches us love, respect for others, and, most importantly, for ourselves.
After an intensive teacher training course in India, I fell in love with Vinyasa yoga, which I have been teaching since 2019. In my classes, I focus on the flow and playfulness of movement in connection with the breath. My goal is to give people the opportunity to pause for a moment and enjoy the present.
