This is for anyone in Europe. It will be in English, and Brno, but even more so Yoga Garden Brno is the place to be August01th-4th.
Roughly the day will be divided like this:
8:00am-11:30 workshop (with movement too)
13:30- 15:30 Strictly practice
17:00-19:30 practice teaching/discussion/reflection
Learn how to sequence, find your voice, cultivate rhythm, build self confidence, and so much more.
The workshop will be held in English.
