You can expect gentle meditation and space to fully let go. A soundbath is a deeply relaxing experience where you are immersed in the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other delicate instruments. These vibrations help the body and mind slow down, release tension, and settle into a deep state of calm and meditation. Andrea, whom we are happy to welcome back as a guest teacher, will gently guide you through the evening. Her sessions are known for their warm atmosphere, safe space, and ability to bring you into truly deep rest.

I started practicing yoga six years ago. At first, it was just a physical exercise for me, but over time I realized that it holds much more. Yoga doesn’t only happen on the mat—it’s a part of our life. It teaches us love, respect for others, and, most importantly, for ourselves.

After an intensive teacher training course in India, I fell in love with Vinyasa yoga, which I have been teaching since 2019. In my classes, I focus on the flow and playfulness of movement in connection with the breath. My goal is to give people the opportunity to pause for a moment and enjoy the present.
