It takes a village. Our values are carefully thought through. Everyone that works at Yoga Garden wants to maintain them, and also motivate YOU to embody them. When we walk through the door, we are as present as possible. In order to support presence, respect, and awareness, we follow a few simple guidelines.

we advocate for silence

in the Main room and Hot room. Please do NOT have your phones with you in these rooms. We truly encourage you to experience 1 hour, 75 minutes or 90 minutes phone free. It is also mindful to limit phone use in the studio in general. Once in a while, we get it, but let us use this opportunity to be together, or alone, without distraction.

Comfortable and stylish changing rooms

Our changing rooms are designed to provide comfort and relaxation before and after your class. You’ll find lockable lockers, showers, and plenty of space to change. Every detail has been considered—pleasant lighting, fragrant towels, and immaculate cleanliness—so you can feel refreshed and full of energy.

Relaxation Zone

After your practice, take a moment to unwind in our cozy chillout area. This welcoming space offers comfortable seating, a warm atmosphere, and natural elements to help you stay present. You can also enjoy a selection of herbal teas and healthy snacks to make your studio experience even more enjoyable.

Reception

Our reception is the heart of the studio, where a friendly team is always ready to welcome you. We’re here to answer your questions, help you choose the right classes, or simply brighten your mood before practice. At the reception, you’ll also find information about upcoming events and can purchase class passes or gift vouchers.

Jsme hrdí na to, že společně pečujeme o vlastní kus půdy, kde můžeme zahradničit a učit se, jak být blíž přírodě.

Jedním z našich největších příspěvků k ohleduplnějšímu fungování je to, že ve studiu nic neprodáváme. opravdu nic, kromě samotných lekcí.

Je to výjimečný projekt, který potřebuje péči i lidi, kteří chtějí přiložit ruku k dílu. Každá nová pomocná ruka je vítaná.
