My name is Diogo Almeida, I am Portuguese with a passion for all kinds of sports and activities. I first discovered yoga seven years ago after taking a trial acro-yoga class. Since then, I’ve occasionally practiced both yoga and acro-yoga. three years ago, while traveling in Central America, I decided to complete my YTT in Costa Rica, which turned out to be a transformative experience.

Yoga brings calmness to the mind, increases body awareness, and helps prevent injuries as I’ve become more flexible and more aware of my body edges. It serves as an escape. On bad days, it gives me strength, while on good days, it grounds me.A yoga class is a moment to disconnect from the real world, connecting the mind, breath, and body to the present moment. You can expect a mix of calm and dynamic movements, as my favorite styles are Hatha and Vinyasa.
