I first discovered yoga several years ago and fell in love with it from the very first class. At the beginning, it was just another physical activity for me, but over time I realized it is much more than that. By combining breath and focus in each asana, a connection forms between spirit, body, and mind—giving us a moment to pause and be present. Over time, I noticed that yoga positively influences my life as a whole. I love its variety and the countless ways to work with it; its practice always gives me strength, calms me, and helps me pause and ground myself in the present. Thanks to yoga, I’m able to face the more challenging moments life brings.

My classes are designed to be versatile, supporting your breath in each pose, calming you, helping you connect with your body, and guiding you smoothly from one posture to the next.
