The class is open to everyone, including beginners, and Lucie will guide you step by step with care and attention to what you need in the moment.

I see yoga as a wonderful tool that can help harmonize the entire body—not only physically but also mentally. My personal practice has constantly evolved over the years. In recent years, I have focused a lot on pranayama and meditation, and during asana practice, I aim to direct attention to the body and the movement itself, which is also how I guide others in my classes. I enjoy exploring the possibilities our bodies offer and playing with the connection between breath and movement, allowing us to dive inward during practice.
