It's a holistic practice that incorporates flowing movements connected with the breath, standing and balance positions, rotations, backbends, forward bends, inverted positions, and a short meditation and relaxation at the end.
Even if you're new to yoga, don't worry - Eva will guide you through each position. And for those with some experience, get ready to take your practice to the next level.
